Shala Yoga is a Community Yoga studio in the heart of Squamish, BC. Shala is a studio where everyone is welcome and we have practitioners of all ages, and abilities. The studio provides a warm environment, where teachers have personal and authentic relationships with their students and where we strive to know you by name. The studio encourages everyone to take the time to nourish themselves.

Shala offers asana based classes as well as other aspects or limbs of the practice of yoga, for example  pranayama (breath work), meditation and bhakti (devotion). All of these practices work together in calming the mind and creating a healthy, and strong body, heart and mind.

In addition to public classes Shala offers a variety of workshops, trainings and retreats with some of the most experienced teachers from the Sea to Sky corridor and beyond. Shala is a space for yoga practitioners who are interested in deepening their practice and learning more about yoga, as a system of well-being.
