Greet your day with the ease and joy of morning yoga and begin your day with a calm clear mind.

Class will include core integration, slow yet strong vinyasa style movements with an emphasis on the gifts of embodiment as a resource for being connected, clear and awake in our lives. Each class will begin with short guided meditation and pranayama.
