Robyn Monk (RYT-500) has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and has over 700 hours of training in teaching hatha, vinyasa flow, restorative and prenatal yoga as well as yoga therapy. She has completed advanced teacher trainings in yoga therapy and therapeutic yoga for pain management programs. Her classes combine an attention to alignment with breath work and mindfulness in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Through an awareness of body, mind and breath, Robyn aims to bring a sense of balance to the mat and help people reconnect to what each individual needs on a personal level. She also has a private yoga therapy practice, offering customized one on one sessions to individuals seeking relief from pain and imbalances in the body.
