This workshop is designed to discover the many benefits of inversions, as well as strengthening and improving your technique for arm balances. Beginning with an alignment based flow, to open and tune the body, this workshop will explore the benefits of inversions, fun variations, as well as safe options.
Combining strength, flexibility and focus, this 2 hour power yoga practice will entice your spirit, energize your body and unveil your potential. Intermediate level recommended, but all levels and bodies welcome.
