Embark on a transformative journey with me as your guide to holistic well-being. With a foundation rooted in Psychology & Reiki, I've curated a unique approach to yoga that extends beyond the physical. My practice, initiated in 2015 during the demands of university life, has evolved into a profound tool for stress management and self-discovery.

In the realms of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, I specialize in creating inner spaciousness, navigating the complexities of the mind, and relieving tension and stress with slower, more gentle practices. My classes aim to pacify oxidative stress prevalent in our fast-paced society, soothing the nervous system and fostering somatic awareness.

As an Energy Worker, I integrate my expertise of energetic practices as we explore the profound benefits of sensing, clearing, cultivating, and circulating subtle energy throughout the body.

As a complement to my yogic studies, I have also completed training as an Ayurvedic Specialist. The science of life inspires me to draw from the five elements in my creation process. I also weave with the alchemical power of sound through intentionally curated playlists to support class themes.

On and beyond the mat, I'm passionate about empowering individuals through celebration of their uniqueness. I invite you to show up as you are with my grounded loving presence. My background in childcare broadens my commitment to creating nurturing spaces, allowing you to drop into connecting with your inner little one.

Outside teaching, I am a nature enthusiast, creative cook, voracious reader, dancer, and playful spirit. I completed my 200HR training with Hari Om Yoga & Wellness on the beach in Costa Rica in 2021, committing to the yogic path as an anchor for my wandering soul. My devotion to the practice and community continues to evolve into new depths; join me in coming home to your body, Self, and a deeper connection to life.
