Kate Trincsi

I’ve been practicing yoga regularly since 2006, when my first class opened the door to what it feels like to truly be present in one’s own body and mind. I trained initially at Kripalu in 2014 and completed my 500 hour YTT at Yandara in sunny Baja Mexico in 2023. I’m a lover of philosophy and learning, and continue my yoga education through deep spiritual study and self-inquiry.

My classes focus on bringing awareness to our different levels of being - the physical, energetic, emotional, intuitive and bliss bodies. I teach a trauma-informed practice, where I emphasize moving slowly, and tuning into the underlying story our bodies are trying to communicate.

When I’m not on my mat, running up hills, or at my desk, you can find me meditating in nature, connecting to the vast intelligence that holds us all. “Who or what am I” is the question I return to over and over as I ponder how we are not separate from the beings of nature, and the magic that exists around us.
