
Form to Freedom is a progressive 4-week embodied movement series that blends functional strength, alignment training, somatic awareness, and expressive dance.
Each session begins with foundational movement work designed to build supported strength, mobility, and alignment creating a resilient framework that benefits all forms of athletic and daily movement.

This training is an immersion into the art of sequencing from the heart, where asana becomes prayer and teaching becomes devotion. You will learn how to hold sacred space and guide classes in the frequency of myth, pranayama, and mantra, woven through the living stories of the gods and goddesses of yoga.

Bhakti Yoga goes straight to the roots of yoga. It is ancient, and is a pathway to realization describes in many of the yogic scriptures. With expertly crafted themes, the way that Crystal teaches is more embodied rather than intellectual, weaving ancient stories into intelligent sequencing.
