In this 2-hour workshop, Mandakini will guide a traditional Himalayan Hatha Yoga and Pranayam practice rooted in the living teachings of the ashram.
The session will include a carefully structured series of asanas, approached in a therapeutic and accessible way, along with pranayama and selected subtle movements to awaken energy, release stagnation, and prepare the body and mind for deeper practice.
The session will close with chanting of mantras, offering space to integrate the practice through sound, devotion, and inner stillness.

There is something ancient about gathering in circle, warming your hands around a cup, and letting your voice rise with others. This evening, we invite you to do exactly that.
We'll open with a ceremonial cup of cacao, a plant medicine long used by indigenous cultures of Mesoamerica to soften the heart and deepen presence. From there, we move into a singing circle, simple songs, call and response, and the kind of sound that reminds you why the voice is the oldest instrument there is.
No singing experience needed. No performance. Just you, the medicine, and the community around you.
Come as you are. Leave a little more open.
