With breath as your anchor, and your body as your guide, you’ll move slowly and mindfully through your practice with a few simple intentions: To find your unique shape, breathe into the sensations, release all that may arise and surrender.
This class will guide you through a meditative practice, supported by the beautiful sound and vibration of Singing Bowls and other instruments. The practice will combine Meditation, Pranayama and Yin postures, which are held up to 5 minutes with the support of yoga props to work on the connective tissue.
