Shala Yoga provides everything you need to practice, including a yoga mat if you need one. No rental fees! Wear your comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water, everything else we provide.
We do have mats for you to use complimentary with your pass. There are no rental fees on mats!
You can pay cash at the studio. You can still reserve your spot online without paying and then pay when you arrive. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you are settled into your place for the start of class.
You can pre-register online by going to the schedule and booking the desired class. If you still need an account, it will prompt you to create one when you book the class. Everyone must have their account and sign the waiver before practicing at the studio.
We offer discounts to both students and seniors. Seniors are classified as 65+, and students must show a student ID to receive the discount.
We ask that you cancel classes yourself on your Mindbody app. Classes cancelled up to 4 hours before will receive a credit back onto their account. Classes cancelled within 4 hours before class start time will result in the loss of a pass or a charge of $12 for those on memberships.
You can cancel your reservation by going to your schedule on the Mindbody app and clicking the cancel button. Emailing with your cancellation will not be accepted as a cancellation.
You can put yearly and monthly memberships on hold up to 3 times yearly for at least two weeks. We require at least 72 hours' notice to make any changes to your account.
No! Flexibility is not a prerequisite for doing yoga.
Our current facilities do not have showers on site.
Yes. 5, 10, and 20 punch passes expire one year after the date of purchase.
All our passes are not transferable. We do offer couples memberships if you wish to share an unlimited pass.
