LIGHT OF DARKNESS RETREAT

TEPOZTLÀN, MEXICO - OCT 30 - NOV 3, 2024

Let Death Bring you Back to Life

Not many things in this life are promised. But the one thing promised to us all is that at some point, this journey will end. Life gives way to death and death gives way to life. It is the cyclical nature of this existence.

Light of darkness is an opportunity to die consciously in this lifetime, to be reborn, and see with new perspectives all the light in your life.

This time of the year, when the veils between worlds are thin, is a time to welcome the darkness.

This is not just a retreat, but a cultural immersion. We will have the privilege of experiencing Dia de Muertos, a rich Mexican tradition honoring those who’ve left this realm.

It is a potent time to celebrate life by coming face to face with our death

We’ll use yoga, meditation, nature, ceremony, and shamanic, energetic processes as sacred tools to journey through the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

When we work in this liminal space, we open a portal to access information, retrieve lost pieces of the soul, heal wounds, and gain clarity of what needs to be left behind to create space for new things to be born.

Honor who you were, who you are, and who you are becoming, and join us in the mountains of Tepoztlan in this celebration of life and light as we enter the darkness together.

Death as my Teacher

All practices are designed to connect to Earth's rhythms and experience the time when things end and a new cycle begins. This space in between, breaths, thoughts, and moments; is where life & death dance.

Honoring both the light and the darkness, you'll experience different practices that will take you to that subtle space. Hatha, Vinyasa, yin, meditation, breath-work, Shamanic journey, energetic processes, sound, rituals and ceremony. No previous experience is needed, only an open heart and mind.

Change itself does not guarantee transformation. Transformation requires a willingness to actively engage and open ourselves up to the mysteries. There is no greater mystery to humans than the big question “What happens to us after we die?” And that edge of the unknown is where we are most alive.

Join us in Tepoztlàn Mexico on Oct 30 - Nov 3, 2024 where we will learn to be with ourselves in a new way and access ways to live more fully.
