Hugo Medicina is a Yoga instructor, Men’s Coach, Body and Sound Therapist from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and the co-founder of Man Aligned Men’s Work.
After living in Canada for over nine years, Hugo returned to his homeland to deepen his spiritual studies and reconnect with his ancestral roots. He believes all living matter vibrates at specific frequencies, and external sounds can profoundly influence these vibrations.
Through sound healing, he guides individuals to explore hidden parts of themselves, release emotional barriers, and connect deeply with the source of life.
Using instruments like drums and natural soundscapes, his work provides an opportunity for self-discovery and transformation. Find more information on his social media profile by clicking in the icon below.

"I'm not even sure that there are words in English or Portuguese that can describe the magic these humans bring to sound medicine.
Their connection to Earth and their ability to transfer you to the deepest part of the Jungle through sound is the medicine. They create a soft and safe environment that you can just drop into and receive. Thanks for being you friends!"
