Sound and Soul

A day retreat with Gurnimit Singh and Gin Perry

How can sound help us connect to ourselves and the deeper layers of our soul?

Everything in the universe vibrates, including us. When we engage with sound in an intentional way, we are able to shift frequencies and move towards harmony.

This immersive experience is designed to deepen your connection through the practices of ancient vocal techniques, movement, sound meditation, shamanic drum journey and Kirtan to foster a profound bond between mind, body, and soul.

In this day retreat, we will use various different techniques of sound as a way of clearing density and deepening our connection to Self and the divine.
