UCCHĀRA : THE YOGIC SCIENCE OF VIBRATORY LIBERATION & AWAKENING

With Kara-Leah Grant

Most people are trapped in loops of emotional reactivity, old conditioning, and karmic baggage they don’t even realize they’re carrying. Ucchāra Practice is a no-nonsense, results-driven Tantric technology designed to dissolve those patterns. This is for those ready to go beyond conceptual understanding of liberation and into direct experience.

In Tantra Ucchāra refers to:

1. The Vibrational Expression of Sound – The act of chanting mantras or sacred syllables with deep awareness and control over breath and vibration. It is believed that proper Ucchāra aligns one's energy with higher frequencies.

2. Inner Ascent of Energy – In Kundalini and Shakta traditions, Ucchāra is associated with the rising of prana (life force) through the chakras, often linked to mantra repetition.

3. Awakening of Higher Consciousness – Some schools of Tantra use Ucchāra as a technique to move awareness from the gross body to the subtle dimensions, ultimately leading to self-realization.

This isn't just chanting. It is a precision tool that works on the deepest layers of your being, using a combination of bija mantra, visualization, mudras, pranayama, and meditation to digest and dissolve the patterns holding you back.

The result? The dissolving of psychic knots (granthis), the clearing of subconscious gunk, and the experience of liberation as a felt reality.

In this 4 hour workshop, you will learn a proven process for breaking through stagnation, a guided experience that unlocks your inner power, and vocal activation techniques. When your voice is unblocked, your energy is unblocked. And that changes everything.

Expect a potent, embodied, and liberating journey into the vibratory core of your being.

Are you ready to burn up what holds you back?
