This 2 part workshop focuses on the deep connection between body and spirit, emphasizing joy and unity through the practice of asana, particularly Savasana, or corpse pose. Throughout the workshop, participants engage in a meaningful exploration of the balance between security and insecurity, passion and communion, highlighting the reciprocal relationship between spirit and body. This dynamic interplay fosters a profound sense of joyous recognition, known as hasya, enriching the yoga practice and integrating these principles into everyday life.

Integrates the principles of yoga into everyday life for a holistic practice.
