Buzzing Bee’s and Yogic Sleep.
This workshop is designed to fill you up, and nourish you as you settle into Fall and the coming of Winter.
Hatha Raga is the Royal line of yoga, it is a class with gentle asana poses with the focus on the Bhramaree pranayama, also known as the buzzing bees breath. This pranayama stimulates and calms your nervous system setting you up for meditation.
Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep, after a mediative practice of asana with Brahmaree, you settle in for a guided meditation in Savasana. Exploration into your body, sensations, breath, the Chakras and a journey to find a gift from your spirit to bring back with you into your evening.
The room will be lit with candles, essential oils will be burning and tuning forks will be used to enhance vibrations in your body for an evening of relaxation, just for you.
