Join Certified Yoga Therapist, Chelsea Lee (@chelsealeeyoga), for an exploration into various yoga tools & techniques focused on regulating your nervous system. This practice is informed by the work of Porges’ Polyvagal Theory, and will include lecture, physical postures, breathing techniques and guided meditation. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Yoga instructors interested in deepening their understanding of the Nervous System & Polyvagal Theory welcome!

As a Certified Yoga Therapist, Chelsea strives to empower her students & clients with the education and skills necessary for creating a meaningful change in their own experience. She is the Yoga Therapy Program Director at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts and offers private Yoga Therapy at Chelsea Lee Yoga Therapy in Squamish. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find Chelsea exploring the beautiful mountains and forest of the Sea-to-Sky corridor!
