As the year begins to wind down, we invite you to take some time to slow down, reconnect, and reflect.
Join us for a guided experience that weaves together conscious breathing, meditation, acupuncture, and sound healing. An opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life, settle into the present moment, and create space for greater awareness and clarity.
Together, we'll begin with conscious breathing to bring awareness into the body, followed by guided meditation to explore where we are, what we've learned, and what we want to carry forward. From there, we'll move into a restorative experience combining acupuncture with live sound healing.
As you rest, the gentle stimulation of acupuncture points and the sounds and vibrations of instruments create an opportunity for stillness, relaxation, and deeper connection with yourself.
We'll close with time for reflection, allowing the experience to settle and the intentions we've explored to take shape.
Whether you're looking for a moment of rest, a chance to reconnect, or simply some time for yourself, you're welcome to join us.
All levels of experience are welcome. No previous experience with meditation or acupuncture is necessary.

Hamid A.K., the practitioner behind Healing Flow, is a Vancouver-based Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist whose personal and professional journey has also led him to explore and integrate yoga and meditation into his work.
With years of clinical experience, his approach has grown beyond addressing physical symptoms to exploring the connection between the body, mind, nervous system, and the ways we navigate everyday life.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, therapeutic massage, movement, and meditation, he believes that meaningful changes in our well-being often begin with greater awareness of ourselves. Alongside his individual practice, Hamid has a deep appreciation for bringing people together through shared experiences.
He believes that while healing is personal, there is something powerful about coming together in a space where we can slow down, connect, and learn from one another.
Through his treatments and group gatherings, his intention is to create an environment that encourages presence, self-awareness, and a more active relationship with our own health and well-being.
