As we move towards the darkest half of the year, this day retreat is an opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect to deeper parts of self.
Through the vibration of sound, the devotion of mantra, the wisdom of story, and the grounding practice of asana, we’ll explore the art of listening, not just with the ears, but with the whole body.
This is a day to receive. To rest. To be held by practice, sound, community, and stillness. A day to nourish the body, quiet the mind, and create space for whatever is ready to arise.
We’ll share a beautiful dinner together, allowing the day to unfold into connection, conversation, and community.
