Harvest the gold from this past year as you leave it behind and envision the year to come in this yin and sound immersion followed by a shamanic drum journey.
In this 2 hour workshop, you will be guided through some gentle yin postures followed by an extended Savasana where you will be bathed in both soothing and activating sounds of various instruments including sound bowls, gong, chimes and more.
