In this 2 hour workshop, you will be guided through some gentle yin postures followed by an extended Savasana where you will be bathed in both soothing and activating sounds of various instruments including sound bowls, gong, chimes and more.
As a final offering, you will be taken through a shamanic drum journey to ask for direct messages from your guides.
