25 Hour Bhakti Teacher Training

Sequencing from the Heart
This training is an immersion into the art of sequencing from the heart, where asana becomes prayer and teaching becomes devotion. You will learn how to hold sacred space and guide classes in the frequency of myth, pranayama, and mantra, woven through the living stories of the gods and goddesses of yoga.
Designed for the teacher who is ready to lead with depth and authenticity, this training draws from the roots of the Hatha and Kundalini traditions. You will learn how to create cohesive class containers where mythology, mantra, pranayama, and asana are seamlessly integrated — not as separate elements, but as one sacred current.
We will explore how to craft themes that are embodied rather than intellectual; how to thread ancient stories into intelligent sequencing; and how to guide your students into direct experience of the teachings transmitted by the sages for thousands of years.
Each participant will receive a comprehensive Bhakti Training Manual, a copy of Within the Divine Realm, and the Sacred Realm Oracle Deck to continue drawing inspiration long after the training concludes. You will also leave with five fully developed class plans rooted in mythology, mantra, and pranayama, ready to teach and refine as your own.
This is a training for teachers who are ready to move beyond choreography and into transmission, where your classes become an offering, your students become the altar, and the practice becomes a living prayer.

She is the author of Within the Divine Realm, a collection of mythical stories and sacred mantras devoted to the gods and goddesses of yoga. Crystal is also the creator of the Sacred Realms Oracle Deck, designed to inspire teachers in their offerings and support students in embodying the teachings.
Her work bridges mythology, mantra, and embodied practice, guiding teachers to sequence from the heart and lead from devotion.
